  NOTE: Candidates hired by the City of Morris after they have completed at least 3 years of full-time experience as a police officer in another jurisdiction, having been so employed within the last 2 years of hire date as a full-time sworn law enforcement officer will advance to the "Over 2 years" step of the wage scale after the successful completion of Field Training, or 90 days, whichever is longer.
