Position Details

The Village of River Grove Illinois is currently accepting applications for the position of Part-Time Paramedic.

Part-Time Paramedics, as well as other Village Employees, are considered at-will employees.

Applicants need to be Paramedic at time of hire.

Minimum qualifications include:

• 21 years of age
• U.S. Citizen
• High school graduate or state approved equivalent
• Applicant must not possess any felony convictions or any domestic related convictions
• Applicant must be of good moral character and be in good mental and physical condition
• Applicant must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight
• At the time of hire, the Applicant must possess an IDPH Paramedic License and a Letter of Good Standing from their current resource hospital 
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License
