Position Details

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Possession of a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
3. U.S. citizenship at time of hire.
4. 40 college level credits at time of application; 60 college level credits prior to completion of 5th year of employment as a law enforcement officer.
5. Must be a certified law enforcement officer with the State of Wisconsin or have the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire and maintain such certification, including required training or statutory requirements.
6. Must not have been convicted of a felony or crime of domestic violence unless granted an absolute and unconditional pardon.
7. Must not have a conviction record or pending charge which substantially relates to the work of a law enforcement officer.
8. Bilingual speaking candidates highly desired.
