WC3 began operations in early May 2018 providing 9-1-1 call processing, police, fire, and EMS dispatch for its four member municipalities including; Brookfield, McCook, North Riverside, and Riverside. WC3 exists through intergovernmental agreement of its member municipalities as a local government unit, tasked with the duty to provide citizens with the critical link to emergency services.
West Central Consolidated Communications – WC3 is seeking full-time 9-1-1 Public Safety Telecommunicators to become part of the WC3 dispatch center team. The opportunity to apply for this position is open ended with periodic testing and recruitment as necessary.
