In this role, you will oversee all Center operations and supervise and develop a team of 16, consisting of both telecommunicators and telecommunicator specialists, while supporting coordinated emergency response across police, fire, and EMS services, and ensuring compliance with performance standards.
This position reports to the Deputy Police Chief and requires flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call response during emergencies
This role is classified as an emergency response position and includes a residency requirement. Employees must establish residency within the designated area shown on the Employee Residency Boundary Map within fifteen (15) months of hire. Please click here to view the attached map.
