Position Details

The Municipal Consolidated Dispatch (MCD) center located in Harwood Heights, Illinois serving the Villages of Harwood Heights, Norridge, Schiller Park, and the Norwood Park Fire Protection District is currently seeking qualified dynamic people for the position of full-time Emergency Communications Telecommunicator (ECT).

MCD dispatches police, fire, medical and all staff are cross-trained.

MCD encompasses an area large enough to hone and perfect learned skills, in smaller close-knit communities.
