We are seeking Part-Time and Full-Time Investigators to assist in a wide range of private detective services—especially mobile surveillance for workers' compensation and insurance fraud investigations.

OPEN POSITIONS:

Investigator (General Assignment) / Process Server (Multiple Openings)

About the Role – Investigator (General Assignment) / Process Server:

You will be trained in real-world investigative disciplines, including:

• Mobile and fixed surveillance for workers' comp & fraud detection
• Process serving, skip tracing, and background checks
• Evidence gathering, interviewing, and court testimony
• Report writing, case management, and use of surveillance electronics
• Operating in field environments with limited supervision
• Mastering video surveillance gear, pretexts, GPS, and subterfuge tactics

This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility, discretion, and the ability to think quickly and independently.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be willing to work days, nights, weekends, and occasional holidays
• Must possess a dependable and insured vehicle, valid driver's license, and solid navigation skills
• Must pass a background investigation, Illinois State Police fingerprinting, and maintain a valid PERC card
• Must be self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Must demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and adaptability in various environments
• Bi-lingual Spanish or Polish is a plus, but not required

Preferred but not required:

• Retired police officers, firefighters, veterans, or former criminal justice professionals
• Experience in surveillance, process service, or using surveillance-related technology (GPS, cameras, drone ops)
