Salary:

• Starting: $90,574.88 with gradual increase to $128,835.46 after six years (Contract set to expire April 30, 2028)

  Benefits:

  • 12 Hour Shifts (February 2026)
  • Yearly Longevity Incentive Payment (Beginning at 5 years and increases at 10, 15, 20 and 25 years)
  • Yearly Education Incentive Payment (Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree)
  • All uniforms and equipment are provided along with an annual uniform maintenance allowance
  • 88 Hours Paid Holiday Time
  • 32 Hours of Personal Time
  • 64 Hours of Sick Time
  • 80 Hours of Vacation Time after first year of employment with increases at 5, 10 and 20 years
