Starting: $24.43/hour (New Officers)
Lateral Entry Pay: Up to $31.08/hour, based on years of experience
Overtime: Paid in accordance with the Teamsters Local #26 Collective Bargaining Agreement (next bargaining agreement starts next year)

About the Department:
Located in central Illinois within Douglas County, the Villa Grove Police Department is seeking a dedicated and community-focused individual to join our team. Our department includes six full-time sworn officers (including one School Resource Officer) and three part-time officer, supported by a pro-police city council and community.
