Starting pay depends on experience and raises are steady after a 90-day field training / probationary period is completed.
All employees are paid weekly and Investigators / Process Servers receive a weekly fuel stipend.

As an Investigator / Process Server, you will learn everything we do - process service, research / intelligence gathering, surveillance, skip tracing, interviewing, evidence collection, background investigations, report writing, court testimony, and case management. All of these skills will serve you well whether you stay in the private sector or move on to a public safety career. This is a hybrid role and requires flexibility, ability to meet deadlines, complete work with limited supervision, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team.
We welcome retired police officers and firefighters. Those with experience as evidence technicians, drone operators, or as fire, traffic crash and /or criminal investigators are urged to apply.
As the Quality Assurance / Office Manager, your work will include reviewing investigative reports, case / database management, uploading of surveillance video, preparation of affidavits and assisting with marketing / social media presence.
