• Starting: $65,052 - $70,058 plus education incentives

Firefighter Minimum Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid driver's license
• Must be 21 to under 35 years of age at time of hire, unless otherwise exempt by statute
• No felony convictions
• Must hold valid CPAT and ladder climb card at time of offer 

Must obtain IDPH EMT-P certification as a condition of employment
