Riverside Police Department is Accepting Applications

Minimum Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship or be legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma of equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver's Licenses
• At least 21 years of age by September 27, 2024, and under 35 years of age at the time the final eligibility list is posted, unless exempt by State Statute
• No felony convictions
• Submit proof of having passed the Illinois POWER Test within the past year at the time of your oral interview. POWER Test cards are accepted from the below locations or any other licensed agency - Joliet Junior College – Joliet, IL - NIPSTA – Glenview, IL

Doors will open at 8:00 AM and you must arrive to check-in before 8:30 AM. There will be no late admittance. Additional details will be provided to eligible candidates via email one week before the scheduled examination. Candidates who require ADA accommodations must contact IOS Recruitment at least two weeks prior to the written exam date.
