IT Support Specialist - Police Department

• Design and implement protocols for the use of IT resources and projects.
• Give suggestion or advice in IT related choices.
• Provide technical support or guidance to all employees.
• Administer training on the proper use of networks and systems.
• Perform the installation, configuration of hardware and software equipment.
• Monitor the performance of networks and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise.
• Oversee the maintenance process and perform all the required maintenance activities.
• Ensure that all the activities liaise with the organization’s IT standards.
• Maintain proper licenses of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of related education and experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Adobe Pro software, and basic knowledge of digital audio and video files.
