Position Details

The Village of Lansing Police Department is seeking qualified applicants for the position of 9-1-1 Dispatcher.

Minimum qualifications include:

• U.S. Citizen with a valid driver’s license.
• 18 years of age by June 14, 2019.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent.
• Residency within the Village of Lansing within eighteen (18) months of employment.
• Successful completion of all phases of testing process, including a thorough background investigation.
• Must pass polygraph, psychological, and physical examinations.
• Prior dispatch or law enforcement experience is preferred.
