  Come into the field as a specialist with a specific skill set as an Internal Affairs Security Investigator where you can apply your knowledge and expertise at conducting Workplace Investigations regarding allegations of Criminal misconduct, Administrative violations (violating job regulations) and where applicable, Contract violations (union settings).   Whether you're looking for a fresh start or retired and want something different, understand that this is NOT your average security officer training program!!!

  NOTICE: You must be 18 years of age to apply for a Permanent Employee Registration Card. Diploma will be issued to students immediately at the end of the course.

  Details: Formal introduction to (Modern) Security Services, the (20+ hour) course and exam will cover a vast array of elements satisfying requirements to apply for the PERC Card under the Illinois Private Detective, Alarm, Security, Fingerprint Vendor and Locksmith Act of 2004 (225 ILCS 447).

  Tuition cost: $300

  Course Offered: Illinois Concealed Carry Course and Introduction to Firearms.

  Details: Formal introduction on how to safely and productively use, maintain and store firearms. Student eligibility to apply for the Illinois Concealed Carry License with the Illinois State Police upon completion. Our practice at La Puma Solutions requires students to have an Active FOID Card at time of enrollment.

  Extras: Offer general classroom setting or exclusive (1-on-1) instruction. Both programs complete range time.
