The Maple Park Police Department is looking for Illinois Certified Police Officers in good standing with ILETSB to join its ranks.

If you are a recently retired police officer or currently employed elsewhere and still looking to continue that calling of service, you are in luck! The Village of Maple Park Police Department may just be the agency for you!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Illinois Certified Police Officer in good standing with ILETSB.
• Excellent customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Valid Illinois Driver's License. 
• Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED is desirable.
• Physical capability for exertion and quick response during emergencies.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check investigation.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet use.
