The Municipal Consolidated Dispatch (MCD) is currently seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented individual for the position of Data and Records Management Clerk.
This is a newly created position for the organization.
MCD is a consolidated 9-1-1 dispatch center serving the Villages of Harwood Heights, Norridge, Schiller Park, and the Norwood Park Fire Protection District.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Executive Director and its partner agencies with compiling response data, center performance metrics; processing subpoena requests, FOIA requests, develop records management processes, research emerging technology for the integration of data and analytics for efficient operations.
