Minimum Requirements:

• $25.00 non-refundable application fee
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver's license
• Must be 20 years of age and not yet reached your 35th birthday as of March 2, 2023, or as otherwise exempt from the age limitation by State Statute. Must be 21 years of age at time of hire.
• No residency required
• No felony convictions
• U.S. Citizenship
• Successful completion of POWER test with a licensed agency within one (1) year PRIOR to written exam. POWER cards must be dated 4/1/2022 - 4/1/2023.

Orientation and Written Exam:

Candidates must attend the mandatory orientation and written examination on:

A photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, military ID) will be required to sign-in.

The test will be held in:

Plano High School

Plano, Illinois

Additional details will be provided to eligible candidates approximately one week before the schedule exam.
