The Hooksett Police Department is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Police Lieutenant to be Commander of the Patrol Division. The Hooksett Police Department has 29 sworn officers (Jan. 04) that serve a fast growing community of 12,000.  This is an exempt position under the F.L.S.A.

Candidates must have an associates degree and 8 years police experience with a minimum of 3 years as supervisor.

Candidates must be currently certified (preferable) or certifiable as a full-time police officer by the New Hampshire Police Standards and Training Council.
