Tri-State Coca-Cola Bottling Company is a division of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc., the world's largest bottler of nonalcoholic beverages. We are now hiring for our Belleville, MI facility.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate for this position will design and manage programs and policies to assist divisions in the reduction of theft vulnerabilities. Individual will be responsible for the detection and investigations of incidents of internal fraud, theft, and malicious business activity associated with our company and our employees. 

Duties will include:

• Manage the successful resolution of incidents of threatened extortion, workplace violence and product tampering.

• Participate in conflict resolution stemming from employee threats or  intimidation, conducting internal investigations regarding charges of illegal employment practices.

• Conducting training for managers and employees concerning fraud detection, crime prevention and theft audits.  

• Prepare investigative reports for action by legal council, division managers or prospective authorities as appropriate. 

• Coordinate with division managers to prepare and initiate field audits for full service vending and route delivery personnel.

• Design and implement individual facility security plans to include security detection systems, access control devices, uniformed security guard activities, security of the cashier’s room, lighting systems and perimeter security.

• Develop and maintain productive liaison with law enforcement authorities and regulatory agencies at the Federal, State, and local levels.

• Prepare and submit reports relating to investigations, audits and security activities.

• Conduct security awareness training regarding workplace violence, crime protection techniques for route drivers, and other security related topics. 

Job Requirements:

Successful candidate will posses the following:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience conducting successful investigations.

• 10 years experience in law enforcement conducting investigations or sufficient documentation to verify the ability to interact with senior law enforcement officials.
