Requirements:

• Must be U.S. citizen

• At least 21 years of age

• Never convicted of a felony or domestic violence

• Possess high school diploma

• Knowledge of or willing to adopt a community policing philosophy

• Must have ability to pass aptitude, psychological, and physical agility tests Must be able to pass polygraph and complete background check

• Must pass physical exam and drug screen upon offer of employment

• Possess valid driver's license

• Must live in Lyon County, KS, or relocate upon employment
