• Valid Illinois Driver’s License

• Minimum 60 hours college credit or 2 Years Military (Honorable Discharge)

• Minimum 21-35 years of age (unless otherwise provided by Statute)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• A non-refundable processing fee of $30.00 (cash only) will be charged for the application packet and test study guide
