The Wheaton Board of Fire & Police Commissioners are seeking individuals with a high degree of personal and professional integrity to participate in a competitive process to establish an eligibility register of candidates for Police Officer positions.

Eligibility Requirements include:

• Applicants must be at least 20 years of age and under 35 years of age as of date of application, except as otherwise determined by State Statute

• A Bachelor's Degree in any disciple at time of hire

• United States Citizen.

• Corrected vision to 20/20

• Possess a valid Driver's License

• Attend the orientation and successfully complete all phases of testing

• Meet all of the requirements of the Board of Fire & Police Commissioners and the State of Illinois
