The Village of Schiller Park is accepting applications for the purpose of establishing an eligibility list for the position of Police Officer.

Applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years of age, but less than 35 years of age at time of application

• Have a minimum 48 hours of undergraduate college credit

• Be a US citizen at time of appointment

• Have a valid driver’s license

Appointment to the eligibility list will be based upon satisfactory completion of written, physical agility, and oral exams.  The final determination will be made upon completion of a psychological, polygraph, and medical examination as positions become available.  Cooperation with a background check is mandatory.
