MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21 to 34 years of age, or as otherwise provided in 65 ILCS 5/10-2.1-6

• U.S. Citizen

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to obtain a valid Illinois Firearm Owners Identification Card

• Good moral character

• Successfully pass a oral interview, pre-employment background investigation, psychological exam, polygraph exam, and medical exam as required

• No felony or certain misdemeanors convictions
