We have an immediate opening for a full time
Implementation Specialist. This position requires a high level of energy
that will have you on your feet much of the day either
delivering health and safety courses, checking equipment or managing data in our
proprietary database system. You must be ready to switch gears quickly and have
the ability to wear many hats.
Ability To:
Instruct in a classroom setting CPR/AED, First Aid
and other health and public safety related courses
Maintain databases, mailing lists, telephone networks and other information to
facilitate the functioning of education programs
Document activities and record information such as training courses delivered,
employee contacts, equipment and accessory information, policy and procedures
and any other program information as required by our customers
Promote our health education programs to
the public
Prepare and distribute health education
materials, including reports, bulletins and visual aids such as media,
brochures, flyers and posters
Communicate orally with customers, clients and the public in face-to-face
one-on-one settings, in group settings and using a telephone
Produce written documents with clearly organized thoughts using proper English
sentence construction, punctuation, and grammar
Requirements:
Management
experience is essential
At least
three years of instructing experience
Proficient in
MS Word, Outlook and Excel
Incumbents
must be licensed at a minimum as an EMT-B and preferably completed an NAEMSE
or other EMS Lead Instructor course
American
Heart Association Basic Life Support Instructor (Training
Center Faculty Preferred)
Must have
own vehicle with a good driving record
Ability to
work a flexible schedule that would include nights,
early mornings and weekends when required
Physical
Requirements:
Walk 2.5 miles within one eight hour shift
Ability to life 50lbs from ground
Kneel for extended periods of time; up to six
to eight hours while providing instruction and demonstrating CPR practical
skills
Must be physically able to complete all
education, licensure and training requirements; Must maintain all continuing
education requirements for your licenses
