• U.S. Citizen

• 60 semester credit hours from an accredited college or university

• Eyesight corrected to 20/20; applicant may not be afflicted with color blindness or any other eye abnormalities

• 21 years of age and under 36 years of age at the time of the last date for filing (3/28/08)

• Valid Illinois Driver’s License

• Completed application
