Seeking leader for Police Department of 242 sworn and 40 civilian employees, budget of 19M, excellent leadership skills and commitment to community-based policing. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s from accredited college in law enforcement or related field; graduate work preferred

• Considerable senior command and administrative experience to include experience as an Assistant Chief in a municipality of 75,000 or greater, or experience as Chief in a municipality of 50,000 or greater 

• Direct report to City Manager 

Salary:

Salary negotiable from $92,916 to midpoint $123,114.
