Full-Time and Part-Time Firefighter/Paramedics

Minimum Requirements:

1. $25.00 non-refundable application fee

2. U.S. Citizenship

3. High school diploma or equivalent

4. Valid Driver’s License

5. IL Dept. of Public Health (IDPH) EMT-Basic License by application deadline of 11/16/2010 at 5 pm

6. IDPH EMT-Paramedic Certified by date of hire

7. Applicant must be 21 years of age at time of application, and UNDER 35 years of age at time of application and at such time as the initial eligibility list is established, except otherwise provided by State Statute

8. Must possess and present a valid Candidate Physical Ability Test (C-PAT) card no later than 11/29/2010 at 5 pm

9. Must attend Orientation/Written Examination on 12/4/2010, beginning at 8:30 am
