The North Aurora Police Commission is testing to establish a Police Officer Eligibility List with qualified, professional individuals interested in a career in law enforcement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 21-34 years of age as of May 13, 2011

• 20 year olds may test if they have 2 years of law enforcement college studies

• Must be age 21 at time of appointment

• Valid drivers license

• U.S. citizen

• High School diploma or G.E.D.

• Pass written/oral exam

• Pass background investigation including reference check

• Pass polygraph exam

• Pass medical exam

• Pass psychological exam

• Pass State of Illinois P.O.W.E.R. test
