The Village of Norridge Board of Fire and Police Commissioners will be accepting 200 applications for persons interested in testing for the position of Police Patrol Officer.

Qualifications include:

• Citizen of the United States

• Associates Degree from an accredited College or University, or 4 year B.S. degree; Law Enforcement studies preferred

• Eyesight at least 20/20 corrected, without any color blindness, or other eye abnormality

• Must have attained their 23rd birthday and be under the age of 35 by the application close date of (7/30/11)

• Must have a valid drivers license

Beginning salary $53,458.84 to $71,247.60 based on 2080 hours annually.

Applications will be available as of July 9, 2011 (9:00 AM) and must be completed and returned to the Norridge Village Clerk no later than Saturday, July 30, 2011 (12:00 PM).  The Village of Norridge requires a $25 non-refundable application processing fee payable in cash, certified check, or money order when the application is picked up.
