The Mundelein Police Department has two openings for Records Clerk.

Full-time  - 37 ½ hours per week

• Starting rate of pay $20.34 per hour

• Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday  

• Competitive fringe benefits

• Starting rate of pay $20.34 per hour

• Monday through Friday – hours negotiable

Qualifications:

• Experience in Police records and reporting systems preferred.

• Two years experience in a responsible clerical, customer service position.

• Requires a calm, well-organized self-motivated, individual who can work well with the public and be an effective team member in a pressure situation.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

• Must possess accurate clerical and data entry skills.

• Must have experience with the business uses of  PC’s.

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen and background investigation.
