The Village of Maywood is accepting applications for a full-time 911 Radio Dispatcher who will work varied hours as assigned by the Chief of Police or designee. Must be able to work in a fast paced team-oriented environment, remain calm in emergency and stressful situations, maintain confidentiality, possess a clear telephone & radio voice while performing multiple tasks proficiently, and have good data entry/typing skills.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 21 years of age

• Good computer skills

• Ability to operate basic business equipment required

• LEADS certification and bilingual a plus

Salary:

• Union scale

• Excellent benefits
