·         H.S. diploma or equivalent (with college preferred)

·         Excellent communication/customer service skills

·         Ability to obtain/maintain required certifications, including L.E.A.D.S. & Records Operations

·         Knowledge of standard office equipment, as well as Microsoft computer programs  

·         Candidates must satisfactorily pass an in-depth background investigation; as well as polygraph and medical examinations after a conditional job offer is made

The Village of Libertyville is seeking qualified individuals to fill a vacancy in its Police Department Records Unit.  Records Assistants process and maintain all Department records, assist walk-up customers, handle phone inquiries, perform extensive data entry and research, and other duties as requested.

Currently there is one vacancy to be filled, with work hours of 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
