Requirements:

H.S. diploma or equivalent (with college preferred)
Excellent communication/customer service skills
Ability to obtain/maintain required certifications, including L.E.A.D.S. & E.M.D.
The ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
Candidates must satisfactorily pass an in-depth background investigation, including psychological, polygraph, and medical examinations
Preference will be given to applicants with police/fire dispatch experience
Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and may be assigned a permanent or rotating shift
