The Board of Fire & Police Commissioners of Homewood, IL will hold a written examination on 5/28/11 to establish an eligibility list for the position of POLICE OFFICER.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be a US Citizen and/or an alien admitted for permanent residence or lawfully admitted for temporary residence with evidence of intention to become a US Citizen

• at least age 21 by 5/16/11 and not over 35 (unless already a certified IL police officer)

• have a minimum of 60 college credit hours earned at a “certified” college or university

• valid driver’s license
