POLICE DEPARTMENT

The Flossmoor Police Department is accepting applications for the position of Patrol Officer.

Starting Salary:

$48,472 up to $73,798 after six years

Must attain certified EMT-B status prior to completing probation (training provided).

Applicants must:

• Be high school graduates or equivalent

• Be age 21 to 34 at the time of the application deadline, unless otherwise provided by State Statue 65 ILCS 5/10-2.1-6

• Be able to successfully pass a written test, physical agility test, oral interview, background investigation, psychological and medical examination

• Reside within 30 miles of the Flossmoor Village Hall upon appointment
