The Village of Carol Stream currently has the following full-time positions available:

Emergency Management Coordinator

Starting Salary:

$59,839 - $72,180 DOQ

Village of Carol Stream seeks experienced candidate for full-time position responsible for emergency management and disaster preparedness.  Position reports directly to the Village manager.

Duties include developing and delivering a variety of compliance training, budget preparation, grant application, monthly reporting, etc.

Minimum of 4 years experience in emergency management, public administration or related field, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications, and Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).  

Starting Salary:

$41,300 -$49,000 DOQ

Carol Stream Police Department seeks responsible candidate full-time to coordinate crime prevention and community education programs, alcohol/tobacco sales compliance checks, BASSET training, security surveys, bike rodeos, neighborhood watch, and other related functions.

Knowledge of public relations, MS Office, and High School degree or equivalent required.  PD experience preferred.
