Applications for a Calumet City Firefighter/Paramedic will be available to be picked up at:

Office of the City Clerk

204 Pulaski Road

Calumet City, IL

beginning Monday September 24, 2007

and

ending Friday, September 28, 2007

The Clerk's Office hours are as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

9 AM to 5 PM

Wednesday

9 AM to 8 PM

A non-refundable fee of $20 is required for each application.

Applicants must:

• Be 21 years old by the test date and less than 35 years old

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Be an Illinois State Certified Paramedic prior to being hired

Applications must be returned with all the required information to the Office of the City Clerk no later than October 5, 2007 or so post marked.
