Parking Enforcement Officer

Duties:

• Unarmed civilian employee, under the direction of the Police Department to enforce the city's parking ordinances throughout the city

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalency

• Valid Illinois Driver's License with a good driving record

• One year or experience preferred

• Some computer knowledge, and knowledge of the city's geography and parking enforcement practices

Requirements:

• Ability to work part-time hours Mon-Fri (approximately 18-24 hours/week) to include days, afternoons, and midnights

• Must be able to pass a background records check

Salary:

$12.00 an hour
