age at time of appointment (unless Experience Credit:
Officers with
experience as a sworn police officer may be eligible for pay purposes of up to
one year for each one year of full-time experience with a maximum of 5 steps on
the 7 steps pay plan. (Step 5 starting pay of $54,963)

The written and power test will be
given on Sunday, June 18, 2006. Check in time is 8:30 AM. The test begins
at 9:00 AM. at Fenton High School. Applicant must pass existing physical, vision
and hearing requirements.
