POLICE OFFICER

THE VILLAGE OF BELLWOOD is now accepting applications for Police Officer.

Orientation and Written Examination for position of

Police Officer in the Village of Bellwood will be held on:

Saturday, October 15th, 2011

9:00 a.m.

Applicants will be required to participate (at a future date) in an oral review, psychological, polygraph, medical and vision exams, and passing same prior to appointment to said office.

Applicants must:

• Be citizens of the United States

• Be at least 21 years of age and not yet reached their 35th birthday

• Have a high school Diploma or equivalent

An individual may apply at the age of 20 if they have successfully completed two (2) years of Law Enforcement studies at an accredited college or university.

Violations of any rules and regulations of said Board prior to appointment shall be cause for striking your name from this eligibility list.
