Starting Salary: $19.00 - $22.00/hour

Sworn Officers: 3

Starting Wage:

$19.00 - $22.00 an hour based on experience

1. Academy training that meets or exceeds the Idaho Peace Officers Training certification standards (most state-run academies qualify)

2. Have a minimum of 2 years certified peace/police officer experience

3. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Have experience writing detailed case reports

5. Be very proficient on a computer and have advanced knowledge and skills on all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

6. The ability to pass a full background check to include; criminal history, credit check, drug test and polygraph

This position requires the ability to become proficient in multiple interfaced Lottery computer systems, accounting and record-keeping, various types of fraud and all forms of gambling to include methods, mechanisms and equipment.
