The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office is looking for Florida certified Law enforcement officers.

The duties of this position require a constitutional law enforcement officer, requiring the regular bearing of arms and are proficient in their use.

Qualified Person:

• Will have a valid Florida driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• US citizen

• Not convicted of any felony or a misdemeanor involving perjury or a false statement as an adult

• Have good moral character as determined by a background investigator

• Pass physical ability test,

• Pass a psychological exam and polygraph.
