Performs Emergency and Non-Emergency Communications for the Police Department and Fire Department, including answering emergency and non-emergency inquiries, dispatching police and fire response, monitoring status of response and maintaining related records. Performs related clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and file maintenance.
