Full-time Police Officer Salary Range: $3,471-4,219/mo.+ full benefits

Part-time Reserve Officer Salary Range: $9.00- $13.00/hr

The City of Grover Beach is now accepting applications for the positions of Police Officer and/or Reserve Police Officer.

Entry level or reserve candidates must be enrolled in POST academy, or POST academy grad within two years, or hold Basic POST certificate.

Lateral candidates must have current CA Basic POST certificate and minimum one year F/T experience with Calif. law enforcement agency as sworn police officer. Officers retired from other agencies welcome to apply.

Bilingual very desirable.

Must submit proof of current standing with application.

Based on results of written test 11/22/03 and oral board TBA, qualified candidates will be ranked on continuous eligibility list for immediate & future openings.
